The choice of vehicle depends on the investor's requirements and investment goals. Invesco Real Estate currently manages real estate investment solutions for over 69 institutional clients within 17 long-term cross-border vehicles, covering 11 European countries.

Research plays an important role. The harmony between research and the fund management means that we are extremely knowledgeable about the European markets in which we invest and thus use this knowledge to continuously provide the most appropriate solutions for our clients. We currently cover over 170 prime or grade A market sector combinations and cover major cities from Moscow and St Petersburg to Lisbon. In addition, we produce similar forecasts for around 50 UK IPD sector regions.

We are constantly researching new fund concepts covering specific or pan-European markets and to meet a wide range of risk and return profiles.

In addition, our US and Asia teams also provide access to local property markets for European clients.
